A successful entrepreneur, Wilfried is the expert in water treatment on boats. After having created and developed several businesses, Wilfried then joined the nautical world in 2001 as Commercial Director of a large marine supplier. In 2008, after seeing how ineffective the current methods of waste disposal were, Wilfried designed the prototypes for Ecotank. 3 years later he has realised his dream and is now driving towards creating the world's first fleet, specifically built to manage water aboard yachts
Sebastien started his yachting career as an office manager in a refitting firm, supplying parts for super yachts. He joined the Antibes based "Chantier Trehard" and was responsible for the complete refit of vessels. After this he became a Health and Safety Environment Manager for the Prefecture, checking the standard of construction and the the process in place for the destruction and recycling of ships at their end of life stage. He set up and now runs EcoDist.

After completing his studies in computer science in 1970, Regis worked as a programmer at Boussac and later in sales at Pitney-Bowes. In 1979 he opened his first salon in the chain of hair salons. In 1989 after creating the franchise, he represented the image of Eugene Perma internationally until 1999. He sold this business in 2010 and co-created EcoTank which now forms a core part of Azure Trend.
Jean-Louis Brelet has 28 years of experience in the electronic industry, with the last 10 years spent in innovation and strategic planning. Since 2005, he has invested in several start-ups where he actively participates in advisory boards and board of directors. He has been with Xilinc Inc. dealing with European and Japanese responsibilities for more than 16 years, based in France and in California (USA). Before 1994, Jean-Louis spent 5 years in France with Dassault Electronique and prior to that, worked 3 years in Germany for ABB. Jean-Louis has an executive MBA from HEC and is an Electronic Engineer (MSEE) having studied at ESEO. He owns a US patent as inventor.
Uwe, is a high-level international change consultant and coach with 15 years of experience in the most major industries. He is author of several publications on management and leadership. Before his career as an independent consultant, he was Financial Director of a mid-sized, family owned retail company in Bonn (Germany) and Senior Consultant with OC&C Strategy Consultants in Düsseldorf (Germany). Uwe holds a french (DESEM, ESC Reims) and a german (Diplom-Betriebswirt) diploma in Business Administration.
Andy worked in many large international businesses for over twenty years including British Airways, NatWest Bank, Deloitte Consulting and Virgin Atlantic holding positions such as General Manager of IT.  After ten years at Amadeus and three as CEO of the leisure specialist Traveltainment, the European leisure technology specialist and market leader, Andy is now an investor and consultant for high tech businesses.  He holds a 1st Class degree from Oxford University and an MA from London
For 20 years Caroline has been a specialist in Customer Relationship Marketing consultancy and training, delivering professional and tailor-made courses across all business sectors from finance to FMCG, publishing to tourism.  She is a co-founder, board Director and Honorary Fellow of The Institute of Direct, Data and Digital Marketing, Britain's first and leading Institute in its field.  She has been a contributor on Customer Relationship Marketing modules on the Masters programmes at SKEMA Business School, Théseus-EDHEC  and the Assises de la Prospective Aéroportuaire, Nice.   Caroline has an honours degree from Sussex University and a Diploma in Direct Marketing from Kingston Business School.
Jean-Christophe is an IT Manager with 20 years of international experience. Over the last 15 years, he held several Management positions with Amadeus, the leading IT company for the Travel Industry, including 5 years as General Manager of the Amadeus Centre in Sydney, Australia. Before that, he worked on various IT projects with the IT services company Cap Gemini, based in Nice, France.  Jean-Christophe graduated in 1985 from the "Ecole Centrale" engineering school, in Paris, France. He spent the next 4 years as Research Assistant in the Robotics Institute of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA
